Bloomfield Park comprises 37 units totalling 159,148 sq ft. The units range in size from 1,100 sq ft to 32,000 sq ft developed in two phases in the 1980s-1990s. The buildings are of concrete and steel portal frame with profile metal/brick cladding. The roofs are made of fibrous cement and steel profile panels with clear lights. The first phase units are arranged in four blocks on the northern side of the estate with the larger more modern units arranged in four blocks to the south. LOCATION

Bloomfield Park is located in Tipton in the heart of the West Midlands, 5.8 miles south of Wolverhampton, 3.7 miles east of West Bromwich and 3.3 miles north of Dudley. Tipton is located on the A4121 Birmingham New Road dual carriageway which provided direct access to J2 of the M5 motorway to the south and Wolverhampton to the north. Bloomfield Park Industrial Estate has prominent access from the busy A4037 Bloomfield Road and good access is provided to the Birmingham New Road via the A457. Tipton railway station is 0.9 miles east of the estate. Birmingham Airport is 26 miles east of the estate via the M5 and M6 motorway.
